Default Blobeye Headlight Holder

HI

Was fitting a new headlight bulb and broke off the catch which you hook the wire under in order to keep the bulb in place.

As its only fitted with 2 screws I thought it would be a quick trip to my local dealer to order a new one.

Found out that this bit is not sold seperately and would have to buy a whole headlight

Does anyone know if this is correct, and if so does anyone have an old cracked? headlight with this bit still on??

CHeers

Bryn

a lot of cars have the same or similar bulb mountings so a trip to a scrap yard and a root around some random cars, you should be able to find somthing to do the job.

Two requests in a week for a broken headlight - lets see if I can cover both

Which bit do you need? PM me with details.

i did exactly the same thing on my headlamp i used chemical meatal to repair it and refitted it a day later when it was set all still ok
if you have lost the bit that broke off use a small cable tie to secure it
