Gears of War - anyone play online and up for a game?
Only played the single player campaign so far and want to try online battles and wondered if anyone on here is up for a game?

Only ever played the single player game (although co-op) so I'd be in the same boat.
Always steered clear of online play for console FPS type games as I'm not quite coordinated enough on the pad. Give me a keyboard & mouse anyday!
However, if I'm up against a fellow n00b then I'd be up for a few rounds

Can you do co-op in the campaigns so don't have to face all those sceaming american kids on line? What about games made private so invitees only? If there is enough of us could get a decent game going with just SN players and mates?

Very addictive
Just got a 360 and have started playing this on-line - Great Fun !! very addictive, not great at it though compared with most on there 
There are some new maps on Xbox live market place for free.

I have never played this online but had it for a while in single player, the ducking and shooting got very tiresome so i sold it, wish i had gave it a proper try now!

So now we have a list of a few people who would be interested in doing some private games by splitting the above names into two lists and battling it out against each other? This gives three advantages, 1) we all get to learn the maps without being killed by the pro players on live straight away, 2) we don't have to listen to any annoying american teenagers going whoop whoop whooop and 3) we can all have some banter over live and have a laugh
If the two teams became unevenly matched the lists could be rearranged to level it up.
Anyone interested?

finished it on the first level in single player and co-op but everytime i go online seems there are loads of (american?), kids just screaming...new to all this but my gamertag is trails1201
