They are usually anwhere around 10kg each, give or take a couple of kg either way. 40kg would do a whole set, but I'd not be that confident about getting a whole set in under 32kg.

I've got a pair of front WRX dampers in the garage and I'm pretty sure they'd weigh in at 18 to 20kg including the springs.

 

that`ll be alright, as long as its not majorly over i have found couriers to be o.k, i sent a front bumper and the length was limited to 1.2 metres and that went o.k, also a complete set of front discs/pads and calipers for the 30kg limit and they went, they must of been close to 45 kg easy in weight !!!
