03 STI with Prodrive catted downpipe and centre decat, TSL green cotton panel filter and walbro 255 fuel pump. i'm ready for a remap and wondered what BHP etc i could expect????

also is there any gain in changing the resinator pipe for a stright through pipe, or would that be to noisy???

The main gains are in making the pipe size larger, full 3" system is leaps and bounds better than a 2.5" one.
