any 1 know y this pipe isnt connected to anything? where it should b connected 2? am i causing any damage or reducing performance with it off?

i cant realy make it out but it looks like the pipe that connects to the purge tank theres normally 2 pipes though ive known a lot of people that take them off never caused any harm.. i think the two pipes go into the surge tank and then 1 pipe comes off the bottom of the purge tank under the car
