Hi i think it may be the autonator belt but here is problem when driving car no noise we can hear but as soon as we stop as the engine is ticking over we get this screaming whistling noise but if i rev car slightly it goes and for a bit but eventualy comes back any ideas what it could be plz.

The car is a 93 wrx [just had a new engine put in].thx
