Default Anyone ever heard / used a TopGear store?

Found an advert in my local Guardian newspaper for a shop here in Warrington called TopGear. Although checking their website they have shops all over the place. Id never heard of the place and didnt know it was even there!

http://www.topgear.co.uk/index.php

They sell allsorts of things, like exhaust systems and alloys etc. Went to have a look at the premises today, everything looked ok although they were shut cause of the bank holiday.

Anyone used one of these before?

Theyve got an exhaust Rear Silencer thats caught my eye - under their Topgear range - TG1801/60, looks very similar to the Ninja rear can but only £69! And they have a fitting service aswell.

On a side note - anyone ever fitted a custom exhaust to their scooby? Would it be too loud, or at least louder than a Ninja for example?

Thanks

Adam

Seems a couple of issues with universal back boxes,

1: You have to cut you standard pipe and connect, but how long is the joint going to hold up?

2: fixing bracket, it doesn't appear to have any, so how do you hang it from the car?

If I was buying on budget, I'd be looking at a 2nd hand purposed built one either off here or on ebay, these can be had for very little cash and being stainless steel should last for donkeys years

I've used them a couple of times now. Once for a set of 13" wheels and tyres for the Westfield and once for a set of tyres only for the Type R. Quick delivery, good prices and a friendly bunch of lads to deal with. I couldn't fault them.
