how strong are these plz? what power will they take? its the dccd one

It is TORQUE and fast shifts that kill a box.

My non dccd Sti v3 has tolerated 3 years racing and road use @ 380/400 bhp and 360/370 lbft torque.

It is still perfect.

Its luck of the draw IMO, I've got a MY95 STI RA with DCCD and I've chipped teeth on the rear diff. The gearbox is coping but I feel its only a matter of time. I'm at around 340 Lbft and its a pretty fat curve
