Just wondering, is there such thing as lightweight doors and boot available for classic impreza?
not carbon or kevlar, just something which is still a metal?
ie: from an impreza RA lightweight maybe? are these any different to std imprezas?

WRX's had Ally bonnets, and i heard they had ally boots as well.

 

RA's didn't have lightweight doors.

Andy Forrest has fibreglass/grp ones on his drag car which apparently only weigh 4.5kg each compared with the factory steel doors at 34kg - but I'm not sure how practical these would be if you were to be hit from the side in an accident.

 

just replace the rears then
