Question transmision advice WRX-RA MY93

Just lately i have noticed that on over run or just rolling along in gear, my transmision sounds a little noisy.

Is this due to the excesive heat of late or perhaps the oil could do with a change.

I don't tend to push the car through the gears & do look after gear changes.

Not sure if this is heat related as it's only just appeared over the past week, perhaps during the last 200 miles.

It can be down to the clutch, usually after fitting an uprated one. Perhaps your one is getting old and the release bearing is getting a little noisy?
