Went up to the show today, and was pleasently surprised by the new WRC on display. Just like the outgoing version, it sports a wider body with much more aggressive arches. I think they've kept the old spoiler though.

Even more surprising was that I now like the MY01, but only the blue one with over £3000 of extras added on

 

Until the WRC light conversion is available on standard Scoobs, the new Scoob is irrelevant as a potential purchase in the future. I refuse to be accused of driving a Corolla...

The WRC car does look pretty good. I haven't seen any pics of the rear end yet, but the front and sides look so much better than the normal MY01.

I know that some people say that it looks good in the flesh and stuff but I can't say that the base MY01 has grown on me - but then I haven't driven it yet.

If they bring out the M01 with 280+BHP and have some of the cosmetic options of the WRC car - that'll be something I'd be interested in.
