ive got a 94 wrx wagon import , later spec top mount intercooler . full decat system , dump valve , and apexi air filter . ive got no idea what power it is but .. the clocks (dials) are converted to mph but i dont think the clock is reading right . the speedo goes of the clock and then loses power when its reading 180 mph. ive got a sat nav and it says the car is only doing 115 mph flat out , what can i do to sort this problem out .if anythink. and make it quicker . will a up graded ecu do it ?

 

Sounds like you have the jap limiter still fitted..e-bay do a kit for removing it .
