Default engine nosie on throttle lift off

When accelarating my car is runnin good but when i let off the throttle i can hear a slight grinding nosie, it seems to be the turbo, as if the bearings are dirty or some thing, i think its the turbo cos it makes the nosie each time i come off boast, its slightly similar to the sound you get when going up a hill in too high a gear and have to change down to accelerate.

Does this sound familar,if it is the turbo bearings is it a new turbo required or can the bearings be changed.

Yeah, I think I know what you mean. The thing is there are so many noises in my bugeye that I started to ignore some The one you describe is one of them I always get it when cold, or more likely until I start pushing harder. Once I accelerated a few times till around 5k rpm, the sound dissapears...till next morning. Does yours also dissapear after a bit of spirited driving ?

the sound is always there no matter how warm the engine gets, it is always there just like the turbo aint spoiling down cleanly, other than that the car runs fine
