Default Vibration

Hi,

Does anone know why my 94 WRX might have a slight vibration which seems to be at the front ? there is an odd humming noise at 89-92mph.

It vibrates slightly more at variable times but nothing more then feeling it through the steering wheel.

I've had new front discs, pads and callipers.

Starting to think it is ball joint if i go over a rough spot it seems to amplify vibration for a short period.
