got an r6 neo snooper and it will not connect and download
Any ideas?

 

Could be a few things:

- I have to turn my firewall off when I'm connecting.
- You'll need the COM port you've selected to be available, sometimes other apps will be hogging it e.g. COM port one may be set aside for Microsoft Active Sync.

There's actually some pretty helpful stuff on their website and often pinpoints exactly what's wrong....although it might be quite hidden away if I recall.

Has it ever worked?
