Newbie here!

im looking into buying an AWD Impreza Sport (N/A) as one has come up at a good price and a chap here at work recently side swiped his 2000MY Forrester import (turbo jobbie)

Is it possible (or worthwhile) swapping the engine and associated items over and will the sport AWD system cope with it or should i look at swapping the Forrester items over aswell?

The impreza is around 1995-96 MY if that makes any difference.

Dont mind a bit of mechanical work but dont really want to go down teh route of lots of custom fabrication for mounts and adaptors etc. Wiring doesnt bother me either..

ah but thats where the problem lies.. due to other financial restraints a WRX is out of the question at present...
