Hello,
Does anyone know if you can get replacement LED's for rear spoilers? it's an STI7 rear spoiler and two or three of the LED's in the middle have died...boo!

Are you sure they are LED,s!
Most of the rear brake light units have miniature bulbs rather than LED,s - these are usually replacable.
Also - if they were LED,s - they would actually be unlikely to fail in the first place - as LED,s last much longer than normal bulbs!
