Question Blitz FATT turbo timer

Purcahsed second hand timer. (Blitz FATT turbo timer)

Fitted harness into ignition loom. Easy, buuttttttt there are 2 black leads coming out the back with half circle clips on. ALL FUNCTIONS UP AND RUNNING, HOWEVER THE ENGINE TURNS OFF AS SOON AS THE KEY IS TURNED OFF ie no count down. I know Iam not very good at fitting breaks, but I do drive it fast enough for the the turbo to need running down.

Any one out there have pictures or instruction book.

Fitting to STI v2 RA

Muchas Gracias Amigos

Have you tried looking on Blitz's website to see if you can download the instructions? I cannot copy the page onto here but from what I have seen the purple wire is for the handbrake. If this is connected wrong then you will get the symptoms you have. On my turbo timer when you drop the handbrake when the timer is running you get immediate shutdown which is what I think might be happening to you.
