Default MY00 Turbo Upgrade Options

im considering upgrading the turbo on my MY00. I understand my car has the smaller TD04, what are the best upgrade options for my car? im unsure whether i should be looking at the TD05 or one for the IHI VF turbos?

I just fitted a VF35 off an 03 STi, it's working great at the moment even though I've got it restricted to 9 psi until it gets mapped. For a target of 300-340 bhp it's just the job or so I've heard.

I went for the TD05 16G on my 00 classic. That with the map etc etc is great.

Ive deciede to go for a FMIC and a re-map after deciding on the turbo, just not sure which one..

What is the TD0516G like in relation to the performance of the Standard TD04?
