failed the new headlight test, brought the car to a garage with the same equipment and he told me my japanese headlamps were producing no 'kick up'beam to the left and therefore could only adjust the height.
has anyone experienced this as he says it could fail the re-test. his solution was to put european spec headlamps in. any advice welcome
