Just joined Scoobynet, recently bought a 97 Impreza that is badged as a
Prodrive Impreza WR. Does anybody else own one as not seen any others like it. got a leaflet with it saying its had £7k worth of extras when it was origanaly sold, it also lists Prodrive as the original owners? Any info on this model would be appreciated

I have got a brochure on WR Sport,in brochure has various options to form WR sport. Customer chooses how many of these options he/she wants.
1/Performance Package-ECU,inter cooler pipe up rated, exhaust silencer stainless sports one.+20% mid range power and torque
2/Exterior Package-spoiler,Driving lights,Colour coded sills and bumpers
3/Driving enhancement package-STI suspension Bilstein dampers and Eibach springs,17 inch wheels,Quickshift gear change
4/Interior Package-Prodrive recaro seats(electric tilt height etc),door trims to match seats, aluminium door ****,Prodrive carpet set
5/Exclusive WR and Prodrive badging.
Hope that helps.
Assume at time cost loads dosh to get the full lot done.
If interested might sell brochure. Mint condition.

what a beatiful spec of car! i wanted one of these so badly but could only dream back then. if you can get hold of december 97 issue of performance car it has an eight page article raving about it.
cost new was about 28-29 grand!
what colour is it, you got any pics?

My mate (Alan C) had one in silver, and recently sold it to another mate (Daz WR Sport). There were 25 of these done each year between 97-00, so with only 100 of them in existance they are probably the rarest of Scoobs on the road. There were 400 22B's, 333 Terzo's, 500 WR1's and 300 UK300's. Can't remember how many P1's and the other limiteds there were, but these are the rarest.

HERE's some pics of the car when it was Al's. It hasn't been that clean since Daz got it
