i have had one fitted,and it takes away the worry of turning your
car of to soon, it checks the o2 sensor temp and keeps the car
idleing untill it cools enough.

Just drive the car sensibly for the last couple of miles, off boost, and treat it as a normal car. Switch the engine off when you arrive at your destination and spend the money on something you really need.
