Back in a scooby after a 4 years gap!

After 4 years of driving other things I'll shortly be back behind the wheel of a Scoob (05 WRX 5 door)

Having sold my Impreza Turbo PPP back in Nov 2001 (DBM saloon , V___ MBL..... if you had the pleasure of owning it after me!! ) I'd have to say I've missed having a scooby.

Cars since then;
Golf TDI ( ideal for the 160 mile commute I did for 2 years - dull but can't fault and Autohaus in Northampton were excellent for each of many services)
BMW 320d Sport ( ideal for the same commute, but serious failings with vehicle and BMW support.)
Nissan 350Z ( class sports car, although image and driving experience both a bit hairy- but I'll be keeping the Z for dry days and straight line driving! Definitely a classic)

Looking at the new WRX, I dare say PPP will make another appearence, for the ultimate in Q car.

Sorry, boring post but I'm well pleased to be back ( well in 2 weeks when it is delivered.)

Sold my MY00 DBM classic a couple of years ago for a Audi TT 225, Worst mistake I ever made, 2 months later the Audi was sold and I had another scoob a new MY04 WRX.

 

Welcome back mate.
I changed my MY02 WRX about a 4 months ago and got a 350z, had some hairy moments as well but a class motor.
will be back to scoobys next april when or if i return from Iraq LOL.
