Center section 'Rattlin'..could it affect performance?

Center section 'Rattlin'..could it affect performance?
The center section on my exhaust is rattlin'. wud this affect performance in any way? Its a 93wrx. Standard up the back box. (after burner)
Its just that ive got some performance 'issues'
