Default drivetrain

hi all been thinking about this for a wile but have know idea how to go about it or if it posible .
so here gose what way`s are there to reduse power lose through the drive train

any info on this is welcome

Subaru will have spent a lot of time / £ seeking the very same.

Every designer wants to make the most efficient product he can against the costs he is bound by.
With a different cost level available I'm sure that a more efficient trans can be made but not practical in the real world for us.

Having a good, well lubricated trans rather than one that is too new, or too old with sludge oil in there will make the biggest difference.

Other than that, i think you (we) are lumbered with what we have.
