Whats the best mod for a reasonable amount of money ie below say 7 or 8 hundread quid ?

How much do you reckon for that little lot.
Looked at a scoobyclinic remap and that was 650 ish + vat alone
Ideally i would want to keep the car emissions friendly for mot time so not sure what to do regarding cats.

 

If you havent already got an aftermarket exhaust then get one. Maybe buy it secondhand from here, then get the car re-mapped. If you have it re-mapped now and then decide you need an exhaust you will need to have it done again.

Save a few more pennies and get both jobs done at once. I reckon 800-1000 should cover it.
