A little advice whilst the forum is undergoing changes
For all those struggling with the removal of the forum jump feature from the bottom right of the pages, why not just bookmark each of the forums you visit regularly and pop them in a dropdown menu on your bookmarks toolbar 
Just spent all of 2 minutes setting it up on mine for every forum, even though I only usually visit 4 or so
