Drivers seat height adjustment

Hello,
Can I retro fit a 1999 drivers seat Height adjustment unit to a 1997 model?

There is no height adjustment in my car, unless you mean a cushion?

Seat height adjuster was an option on 1999 cars.
I do find the un adjustable height of my 97 seat a little to low.
If anyone has a mech from a later seat they want to sell please let me know.
From 1999 up to new age.
