Just installed a new spam filter and it appears to be working fine, except it's only using a couple of dns blacklists and some stuff is still getting through.

Anyone have any knowledge / experience of the best ones?

dont bother - get a good baynesian filter instead. For general POP3 I can recommend K9

 

I've tried a baynesian filter, but it was a bit hit-and-miss. It's for Exchange 2003.
