Your question doesnt make any sense. That said, I think that a person would be foolish to deal with these vendors. Beyond the highly unlikely BHP claims the vendor states that the price paid will include Duty and VAT; it wont, theres no way for a Japanese car dealer to settle this until the vehicle is assessed by HM C&E.
