Site for putting your car etc on your phone as wallpaper
Found this site the other day, put a pic of my motorbike on my phone as wallpaper (annoyed the wife too 
). You upload the photo, add frames etc then send it to your mobile for 1.50 a go.

If you have a camera on your phone then you can just take a pic with the phone and set it as wallpaper..
if not or if you just want a pic from you computer...
I guess you got a lead with your phone to connect it to your computer??(probably via the usb port) you can move pictures using this for free and then set them as wallpaper when there on your phone!
