Question Who owns what when you upgrade bits on car?

I am having uprated bodykit added to my MY04 WRX PPP. Front and Rear and skirts, What happens to the bits taken off ? I'm sure they must have some residual value ?? I am paying a fair whack for the uprate + quick shift so anything to help offset the cost would be a bonus

I'm assuming this is your car if so they are yours, bring all the removed parts home... everything has a re sale value.
If it is a car you are buying at the moment they should still be your parts to bring home.

Hi,
Just got mine PPP'd and was asked as soon as I got to the garage if I wanted the parts they were going to remove. The only exclusion was the old ECU. I'd imagine you're entitled to anything else they remove.
