metal cylhead gskts or not?

metal cylhead gskts or not?
hi peeps sorry to myther but has anyone fitted the later sti metal cyl head gaskets to their classic during rebuild if so did you find it a worthwhile expense and are the torque settings same as for normal gaskets or diff. any advice please!
