I need to replace these and am not sure if its an easy job. Theres one on each side underneath in the middle of the car. There seems to be about 4mm play side to side, the car handles crap and clunks a lot.

are the bushes easy to swop, anything to be aware of ? and will bumpsteer make a difference to the ease of this job, where do the spacers go for the rack ?
