Any West Lancs guys had a clutch change done recently?

I've had release bearing rattle for a while and clutch judder started yesterday in 1st & 2nd gears 97MY

Any recommendations? would prefer not to have to travel too far... esp if it's not a 'while-you-wait' job! ie flywheel needs skimming or something...

If you can go as far as Carnforth (m6 j35 iirc) then Town End Garage are well worth a look. If you're after a dealer job, then my choice for the locality would be Prosport in Stockport.
