Three knifemen in hoodies beat up a driver before stealing his VW Golf GTi. The man, 31, suffered head and face injuries as he returned to the car at Tesco in Chafford Hundred, Essex.

So its not only scoobs that get nicked by force.

This one is a bit close to home for me though!!!!

Lets hope it is an isolated incident!

 

It's never only been Scoobies; anyone who owns a nice/high performance car is -sadly- at risk in Blair's Britain. Until we start getting more bobbies on the beat and in patrol cars and -most importantly- proper sentencing for the scum that do this, then it'll continue.

Let's see. These scumbags have commited assault, GBH, Robbery (amounting to let say for arguments sake over 10k- we don't know the age of the vehicle) and possession of an offensive weapon. They should receive Minimum sentences of 15 years in my books.

You just know that in the remote chance they get caught they'll go down for a couple of years max, maybe on or two of them even get less.

It stinks!!

In the mean time, always be aware of your surroundings before opening your car, don't forget that std Scooby alarms have Anti hijack and panic features, use em!

Golf VR6 hijacked by 3 armed blokes at Morrisons Chadderton (oldham) about 2 months back

I'm used to seeing news of people being dragged out at traffic lights, but I've only come across a couple in Supermarket car parks recently and wondering if this is a new sinister development.
