Default Website to find Duty rates on commercial imports?

Does anyone know what the address of the website that gives you the duty rates for commercial imports? I havn't used it for about a year and can't remember the address!

Searched through google and HRCE but nothing,

Any help mucho apprciated!

Theyll probably refer you to 'The Tarif' available at all main libraries; its a tome though, Ive struggled through it on a number of occasions. Id be interested in it too, Duty on a car from Japan is 10% should that be the one youre after, on the purchase price, all fees and cost of transportation.
