Has any one got a standard ECU from a saloon for sale.
Or does anyone want to restrict ther car down a few BHP to 220 and have a 5 door ECU ?? (maybe if the wife drives it)

Yeah I know why would anyone want to slow there car down !!

Better MPG though.

 

Have you considered a Power Engineering remap? More expensive than an ecu swap, but a lot more likely to happen than you finding a willing donor with a compatible ecu who wants to reduce their power. I had the remap on my previous car, a 5dr wrx, and would thouroughly recommend it.

Otherwise, try ringing around some subaru breakers!

Remember to declare the ecu changes to your insurance company, lest the worst should happen!
