just fitted another pump to my car and sat6 locking it fromleft to right topping the fluid up

on tick over its quiet as mouse but as u rev it it makes a right whining noise as when u rocking it from side to side too and its splurting fluid out of the top any ideas???

any special way of bleeding the systems??

plz help its driving me mad
