What size Tyre for 18in on Newage

Im thinking of some PFF7's for my newage, butwanted to know what was the correct size tyre for them?

It all affects the total cost.

Hi

225/40/18 as fitted by Prodrive, I have GSD3's (goodyear), Prodrive tend to fit Pirelli - Goodyears available at about £90-£100 per corner, try ebay.
