Default Wheel refurbishment or New wheels?

I am based in Nottingham and want to have 4 badly oxidized 17" alloys refurbed, they need shot / bead blasting and powder coating.
They have tyres fitted and I dont have a spare set of wheels.

I need a company that can come to me, remove all 4 wheels, secure the car on stands, remove tyres, do the refurb, refit tyres and then re-balance the wheels and then refit the wheels to the car.

I have obtained 1 quote of £350, but could buy a new set of alloys for that!

So my question to you all is, refurb or new wheels (must be silver). The alloys I have are Alessio Monza, they are a multi spoke wheel, about 15 spokes and would want to replace them with similar ones.

Thanks,
Richard

Another post on here is for new STi wheels and RE070 tyres for £400 or £440 inc delviery. This has got to be much better value fro your money.

FYI, had the wheels on my last car refurbed and it only cost £50 per wheel so your quote does seem quite expensive.
