Still not received my pack (paid end of Nov). When I check status in CP - "address not up to date". I update address, hit request pack and i get the message "address not up to date".......and round and round we go........
Can you shed some light on this please?

Can you please give me a rough idea of when you first requested your pack. We made some software changes about a week ago. If it's been since then it will help me find the problem. If not, I'll need to trawl through everything.

I've found both of your membership pack requests, and apologies they are both overdue by a week.
