Are US spec exhausts the same fitment as UK??

Got the chance of a Blitz cat back system for my Bugeye wrx.
Its from a US car, will it fit the UK car??
If not, then why??
I am sure it will though(please, please)

there rear bumpers sit further out so it may stick out the back a bit?
