Default Watch out!!!

Went to jet wash me Scooby at the weekend and guess what i done!!!! Doh!!

I left the key in the ignition, after id finished washing. Went to get back in and hey presto!!!

I was locked out!!!

What a right Clucker i felt!!!

Just as well i had a slightly sketchy past though!!! (not really) Those coat hangers are just to dam easy for opening Scooby's.

Windows with no door frame (Very bad idea) Just aswell i have an alarm fitted now. Just took me a few minutes to slide it in and hook over the door lock......I'm no pro so imagine how many seconds it would take for a real car thief!!!

Though i should really have a spare key!!! That would have been the best solution!!

Got a hold of my other alarm control and it wouldnt open the friggin doors... Clifford should have just provided a coat hanger!!

Needless to say the garage was a little Pissed that i used their Jetwash as a parking space for a while!!

Though i now feel a little insecure about how easy this was to get into without a key!!

Just a little relieved that i stay on an Island with lower crime than the rest of the UK.

I did something similar on my old 205 gti. Phoned my uncle who was a mechanic and he got me back in the car in ten seconds flat.

He didnt use a coat hanger though, he used a length of the flexible plastic rope type stuff that you get to hold large box's together.

Very scary indeed how easy it was to get in the car without doing damage.
