Default Removing injectors & filling pots full of fuel ??

When replacing injectors the fuel rails will have fuel in them, If the injector is removed this fuel will run into the chamber !!! Is this an issue ?? will it cause hydraulic lock when the new injector is put into place ?? What is the common practice on this

Thanks

Dean

Never had a problem just pulling them out. release pressure in system by disconnecting the feed and return from the fuel rails.

done a few now, and had no problems.

if you do get excessive amounts of fuel leak into the bore (which i cant see happinin ) then you can just wip the plugz out and turn engine over ......this will force any remaining fuel out and will also clean your inner wings LOL

Dean, no not had chance to look at it for a while. They sent me an additional set of camber bolts for the rears (ie 2 sets on rears) and still couldnt get beyond 0 degrees.

Car is now off the road, so not a pressing issue, but i will look at again soon.

Steven
