Just as above. Got my secondhand '550cc' injectors today. They are purple in colour I think, the colour pigment has been fuel-bleached out of the plastic tops.
Is this the right colour for 550cc's?
They are for a Phase 1 Sti v3 if that changes anything.

Yep, they sound right to me! Mine are still quite Purple tho to be honest.

 

the rx7 denso injectors start out purple but do suffer discolouration, they usually go a brownish colour.

 

Sounds just like my Denso 550s.
