Default MAF/FMIC/BOV

Hi all

After fitting my FMIC I have som real problems with my BOV. I canīt make it vent all air through the BOV on partial throttle. This is bad for the turbo and could end up with a broken MAF. Have any of you guys seen this problem? Is it really a problem as long as I only see it on partial boost?

The setup is Hybrid FMIC, TD05-16G, HKS SQV.

Thanks

Rasmus

Have a word with Bob at BR Developments, I believe that you may need to change your HKS for a Forge.

Dave.

Can anybody confirm that? I have no problems in changing it, as long as it solves the problem :-)

I have a similar setup, HKS SQV, HKS FMIC & TD05. I have the screw turned right down on my sqv and seems fine but I still get a lot of chatter on part throttle lift offs.

I put this down to the induction kit and bov.

But that chatter must be a killer of both the turbo and MAF, or am I wrong there?
