Hi I'm just asking if the free membership that some people were given was for just one year, or is it a continuous ongoing thing? As I have never received a renewal notification. When I log in under my old id, the SN+ logo has gone from under my username.

SNPLUS membership has never been free. Our system should automatically send a reminder out prior to your subscription finishing, but we have been having difficulties with this and are trying to sort the issue.

If you wish to renew, please look at subscriptions under your user profile.

Hi I have tried to request a member pack several times but everytime I click the link it gives me this message despite the address fields being filled out.



We do not appear to have your address details.
Please click the "Update Address Details" link in your Control Panel and then request your membership pack again.

You need to firstly subscribe to the SNPLUS subscription, via subscriptions under your profile (which requires payment seemlessly via PAYPAL).
