BBC weather says sunny intervals for Northampton, so those on slicks should be ok, fingers crossed!

u will NOT be allowed to use slicks on the RSOC national day. silverstone has deemed them too dangerous as it will encourage those without slicks to try to keep up to those with.

bren, you are wrong, thats old news mate, slicks are OK for cars running in group C.

Bren, I spoke to Silverstone ealier this week. They are allowing slicks on the group 'C' (nutcases). Cut-slicks and normal road tyres for groups 'A + B'
