Are the pulleys and tensioner compatible between these models?

think so yes.

watch out for slightly different rear cambelt covers on legacy, and also coilpacks.

 

Thanks Paul. It was to fit 98UK heads and EJ257 into a Leg Turbo, sorry 93 not 95 as I said - still OK?

 

will be fine, but be aware that the old legacy coil packs will not fit the heads, so you need to find a set of impreza ones with the single bolt fixing. Alternatively I have a set of bosch coilpacks and leads, one of which is suspect. However, if Job doesn't have any used ones, I suggest contacting David at API for a set.

One of the rear cam belt covers may need some adjustment to fit the heads, but shouldn't be a problem.

The existing oil pump, cam belt idlers and tension, water pump etc will fit no problem
